Question of the day.

Hi guys! 🙂

What was the title and artist of the last album you bought?

My answer:

It was one of my fazas/crushes Gwilym Bowen Rhys’ last album called Arenig, which I bought last May. It’s a great album and I’ve shared some of the music from this album on my blog.

How about you? 🙂

  1. Unsure–maybe some of the Yes albums that I didn’t have, because I spent a week with their guitarist Steve Howe studying music, but that was a while ago. Maybe the latest Marilyn Manson, because I like to support him. Dunno–if any friends made albums, I buy those to support them–maybe Flavio Sala, a guitar guy who’s in Italy now–but it would have been a couple-few years back.

  2. It’s been a long, long time since I bought an album. These days, I’m more likely to buy one song from Amazon for around a dollar. Growing up, back in the CD era, it was frustrating that we had to pay $17 for an album that only had, like, one good song on it. Times have changed for the better! Hold on… searching my memory… the last one… HA HA! Sorry, I have no clue. Interesting question, though!!

    1. Ah, yeah, I like buying singles or just single songs from albums as well if I’m truly crazy about them. I didn’t like that in the past either that you’d have to buy a whole album to have one song that you liked on it.

  3. Oh wow, I genuinely can’t remember because I don’t buy albums since I started paying for a streaming service (Deezer in my case). But the last album I made sure to check out when it was released (and would have bought if I didn’t have a streaming service) would have been Devin Townsend – Empath, though to be honest I’m glad I didn’t buy it, because I don’t think it’s as enjoyable as his previous stuff…
