What’s a perk of being you?
My answer:
Well, that’s pretty obvious. I have the REAl happiness all to myself! That’s a huge perk in life! I sleep with Happiness, Happiness is often the first thing I see and hear in the morning, I play with Happiness. Who wouldn’t like having so much Happiness just for themselves? I’m the luckiest peep in the world! Paradoxically, having this whole ball of Happiness all to myself doesn’t prevent me from having dysthymia, but oh well… you can’t have everything, right? Perhaps if I didn’t have Happiness, I would end up having major depression, so I’m insanely grateful.
How about you? 🙂
I think my level of empathy is pretty awesome!

That’s a great trait to have indeed, but as a fellow empath I don’t think it’s always so fun to live with, unfortunately, so personally I wouldn’t always consider it a perk.

🤣 so funny! I love your answer! Particularly your comment about you otherwise having major depression.

That is a great answer. I am going to answer off the top of my head, before I will talk myself out of it. Humor. I engage clients, my bosses, my friends, strangers, all with humor.

My greatest perk is having time for myself. This is due to health restrictions which makes people feel sorry for me but it is the reason I know myself so well and have reached my own wealth of happiness.

I can relate t-ó this very much. I also have lots of time for myself and I have the luxury of managing my own time the way I want, and it’s great as I can do so many cool things. People indeed think it’s awful that I don’t have your average life in this respect and that it must be super boring and empty and dull, but it’s anything but that.

Wow, I’m glad you’re so happy! Let me guess… Misha? ❤ ❤ ❤ Sweet kitty brings happiness to all!!
Hmm… a perk of being me? Oh, I thought of one! I don't have to work, and I have very few responsibilities. YAY!!

Yes, it is Misha indeed! 🙂
I am lucky to enjoy this perk myself – well, I do work, but I can do it when it fits me rather than 9 to 5 or something and I don’t have to do much – and it’s a really good situation to be in as you can focus on more interesting things.

I guess, you would Not be agree with trend of how money can buy all the happiness.

Well, maybe not ALL the happiness, but, actually, I had to buy my Happiness for money, so I think that sometimes money definitely can buy things that will make you more happy. As my Mum says: “Money doesn’t bring happiness, especially when you don’t have it to spare”. 😀 That being said, of course there are many factors involved in happiness and money isn’t always the key, it’s just impossible to generalise here.
