…Well, the books for my Mum and Sofi that I’m going to give them as Christmas gifts. Other than that, our house continues to be a hospital (now it’s also my Mum who is sick with something that looks like it might well be Covid, she had a test today so we’ll see) and me and Sofi order food for lunch for ourselves every day and today I got us some pierogi which were really yum.

Oh no! I’m sorry everyone is still sick! I felt myself coming down with my dad’s cold yesterday, so I took some preventive zinc tablets, and now I feel better!! Whew!
I’m about to buy some stuff in my Amazon cart for a local needy girl who requested certain clothings and toys through the Angel Tree charity. I’m just waiting for some checks I deposited to clear the bank!! She’s ten-and-a-half years old. I’m getting her a small boxed set of Creepover books, some training bras, some socks, a jacket, and a Rainbow High doll. (I picked her from the list of kids when I saw the word rainbow on her wish list!) 😮

Thanks! 🙂 Unfortunately, it came out positive, and my Dad had another test because he’s also been experiencing taste and smell loss, and this second test was positive for him as well, so we’re now in quarantine. Sofi is quite disconsolate.

I really hope your Mom’s COVID test comes back negative and she’ll get better soon. As for recent purchases, I haven’t really made any, although I’m tempted to buy new polymer clay and supplies. I’ll wait till at least Wednesday when I can discuss it with my day activities staff though (because she’s said the day center will pay for some of it).
